I don't know how you can claim that... evidence from Flickr contradicts you.
You're claiming these aren't the same bike, that the latter photo does not belong to the former:

But... the photos were taken at the same time, in the same place, by the same camera, and uploaded at the same time.
And if that were not enough, your first post claims this is very rare, but you claim to have 2 of these ("the other one sold on eBay") both with exactly the same wheelset but slightly different sizes?
Nope, just appears to be one hell of a dinged frame.
Unless you happen to produce a photo of both frames side by side I'm going to believe it's the same frame.
And as the top tube photo was also taken yesterday, you clearly still have that frame in your possession.
