  • Any LBS will likely to have some in spare.

  • Or ask SKS, they are pretty good about sending out small parts.

  • I'm 6ft4, and ride an XL Pompino and 60cm Cross Check. Both seem about right, using 90mm stems.

Pomp a while back (changed some bits / had some crashes since then):

    Cross Check:

Watch out if you want to use longer cranks on the Pomp. I put some 175mm Sugino 75's on and they rub the chainstay slightly.

Thanks for the comparison shots. Is the saddle to bar drop on your two bikes similar? I'd probably stick with 165s for cranks.

  • Any pomp riders with sks guards still got the rear brake bridge bracket? I threw mine away, I seem to remember saying "Should I keep this... nah ill never need it." I want to swap my guards over to a different bike and I'm in need of one.

Got the one that came with my 35mm Bluemels if that's any use.

  • pomp with huuuuge tyres

  • anyone know the forks under that paint?

    enve maybe?

  • pomp with huuuuge tyres

    26"wheels?

  • No, the brakes wouldn't work with 26". 700x38, by the look of it; not huuuuge, but about the limit for a Pomp

  • Oh yeah neither they would.

Think I'd like some more mud room than that.

  • enve maybe?

Cant imagine anyone painting enve forks such a bright colour and putting them on a pomp, they probably cost more than the rest of the bike. And those ones look more angular than these ones

  • Don't think they're actually that bright. Lookin at the decals they're the same colour. Agree they're unlikely to be enve tho, especially as they don't have a tapered steerer. Would really like that bike with a decent set of drops and some brakes.

Looks super fun, would ride the shit out of that.

  • enve maybe?

    These?

I can't tell if the eyelets are there but that crease down the middle looks about right.

  • Yeah you could be right there doppel

I think the pink forks look awesome with the blue, still not found any reasonable CF fork painting costs though

Dropbox URLs that look like image file URLs actually redirect to container pages, so you can't embed them.

  • I love it, flip dat stem ;)

  • I thought you were a nazi when I saw that you were German but then I saw that you said you weren't a nazi and I was like "phew".

    Nice bike.
