I think I have a new, black 27.2 seatpost that's about that length. It's pretty heavy, but will serve for a beater.

Here you go. It's 400mm rails to end, 300mm rails to min insert mark

Ugly and heavy but brand spanking new.

£5? Less than that and I'd probably keep it as a spare.
