The Dura Ace on it is from between 1990 and 1993 so those dates sound about right.
Given its history, and the fact it used to be your Dad's, are you sure you want to sell it?
If the parts were polished up, the frame t-cut and it serviced and all put back together it would be very nice (and original). If you haven't got the time you could just pay someone to service it and put it back together as your business is taking off?
If you're still sure you want to sell it, given it's all original you could sell it on http://www.retrobike.co.uk/ if it doesn't sell here. Or if you just want the most cash split it, but that would be a shame...
