It's possible that anywhere can fuck up. It's what they do about it that counts.
This is the truth. The likes of Wiggle, CRC, Ribble are great when you get what you ordered but can be a nightmare if something's gone wrong.

I know of people who have been 'hit' following orders at Wiggle. Living in the Outer Hebrides most of my purchases are on-line and this is the first time I've been hit

I ordered some mudguards from wiggle, which they charged me for even though they didn't even have them in stock, telling me they were "on their way". Annoying.
This is why I'll never order from Total Cycling or Velodromeshop again.

I did get stung by chain reaction cycles, oddly O2 where great, the bank was a ass.
But I am sitting with two new marathon pluses which I got a lot knocked off as a we're sorry. so frankly it happens move on.

Just got a "thank you for your order" email (supposedly) from Chain Reaction although I haven't bought anything from them since 2010.

These are ultra-streamlined businesses designed to extract money from consumers. If you want the undivided attention of a cycling enthusiast go to you local bike shop and pay more.
