Just had dealings with Action Bikes recently. Very reasonable price for a very good retruing and spoke tensioning of a heavily buckled carbon laminate wheel.
At the very least the mechanic (that I dealt with) really knows his stuff, and in the past has been happy to give advice on home/diy bike repairs/problems. Shop assistants friendly and seem clued up enough. Can't vouch for their bike range or range of readily available parts although I've occasionally got 2nd hand parts and shims etc. from the mechanic before.
