Back, showered and fed after 3 snowy, windy hours in essex. Fortunately I had my new toy (garmin) to fiddle with as I went round to keep my mind of the numb fingers and toes.
The rest of the day will involve gawping at the data from the garmin, drinking coffee and beer (not simultaneously), watching rugby, and eating a massive steak. GET IN
