Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

I like the sound of that, what does it mean? Tell me what were they doing? I love "people riding shitly" stories.

I'd bet the safety of single speed / single brake has been debated to death on this forum before. Sure you can ride any set-up safely if you know what you're doing* but the single speed / single front brake cyclists I've encountered don't seem to be that experienced and I wouldn't fancy it. The reason I brought it up was that I spot this set up every day now whereas a year ago I don't think I ever did.

This morning's particular bunch of nobbers were RLJ-ing, undertaking, moving out without looking, all the usual. The thing that got my goat in particular was that there was a chap on a road bike with his saddle bag wide open and flapping about. Two of the ne'er-do-wells overtook and didn't spare a breath to mention it so I caught up to him to tell him. Hanging's too good for 'em I say. [/Daily Mail]
