Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

I would rather rely on my chain than a single brake cable. Especially with the condition of some of these SS wannabe fixie twats. I've even seen some geared bikes without rear brakes recently. WTF is that about? It's not even trying to immitate a Foffa or a Create, it's just a fucking ridiculous decision by a no nothing hipster owner!
