I know! put the carbon forks in my suitcase to keep them safe, the shop had a rear axle in so I left that in, wrapped the frame in a box and tied up with string hoping I could pass it off as a sculpture :/ the check in lady thought it was a picture frame and even when my girlfriend said it was a bike frame it was just passed to bulky luggage! The only concession was we were only allowed one item of hand luggage but I put Sally's bag in mine and all was good!
