Well this has escalated quickly!
Thanks to the few that have tried to justify my price & I suppose thanks to the people that have just come into the thread for a look.
It's a strange one because I know that the original 750 asking price was fair, though not particularly bargainous, just fair market value. This being the forum & everything that entails I'd have thought that it was pretty obvious that I'd accept less than that (which would then bring it into being a good deal for all involved). The thing is; no one that has been complaining about my price has even made an offer - I've had quite a few PM conversations with other members but it seems that most nay-sayers are just here for some afternoon popcorn?
Anyway there's not really much point in getting into arguments about any of it so as stated before; decent/serious offers accepted via PM for this week otherwise it's off to ebay.
@Tenderloin - what kind of GT frame? I'll be honest; the money I get from this will be going towards a new road frame, so if you happen to have a VN Chinook frame that you've used but want rid of then let me know...
