For Sale: Parlee Z5 2012 XL

Bought this on a whim. Thought it be nice to try a carbon bike for a change. Realize im not a big fan of carbon bikes visually. So before i build it i thought perhaps someone might be more interested than me and i can get something else.

Frame fork hs for 1150 shipped?

Very good condition, custom black paint with white decals.

1 paint chip on the ST from clamping and inspection of marks from clamp. (shop pealed of some paint to check on carbon). A parlee clamp will still cover the paint chip so wont be visable at all if using a parlee clamp. Frame has been okayed by shop and parlee.

Here are some pics (poor cam phone). Looks better in the flesh than in pics. Hard to take pics without getting shiny gloss reflections looking like scratches. Paint has no fades etc and looks great!

Any idea what the deal with warranty is? I'm presuming the lifetime warranty only extends to the original owner...

Hmm yeah maybe. Ive got an offer to buy a stainless pegoretti that looks awesome. I have actually had 3 bikes with stainless before and none were really a favorite. Much preferred the only 853 bike i had but so many variables other than material i guess.

Maybe custom but thats like money down the drain cause dont really need it plus i tend to change bikes alot. Used but not abused are great buys, I just have to find that special something i guess.

Roughly how long do you tend to keep any one bike?

Depends how much i like it i guess. My moots compact been with me for 3 yrs this summer i think. Tend to buy 1 or 2 frames per year i think.
