22" from centre of BB to top of toptube. it has one gear lever boss. the paint is scruffy, frame is perfectly rideable. 27.2 seattube. it has a couple of little dings in the one of the rear stays... doesn't affect nowt. A nice old frame, nervex lugwork. I think it's a 'shirley'. The headset needs a service.
