Amey, NoTube themselves said it's fine, I actually have to pump mine up to 120psi to get the bean to hook on. Base on my calculation with 25c, you should be running 104psi on rear, 66psi on front. I'm not the only one who's running Crest with normal tyres; If you're that worried, why not go for the Iron Cross?

Really I'm 86Kg and run 100PSI front and back (25mm rear, 22m front), and that based on calculated optimum.
Pillar make great spokes. They even dabble in Ti spokes.
