For Sale: Cannondale 2.8 R900, 54cm, Dura Ace 7700.

Hello.

The frame is a Cannondale 2.8 (2.8lb/1.3kg), which was introduced in the early 90's and has the cantilevered chainstays from earlier models. In typical Cannondale fashion, the aluminium tubing has some interesting features. The top tube is vertically ovalised at the headtube junction and horizontally ovalised at the seatube. In addition, the downtube balloons toward the bottom bracket, giving a very stiff ride. Full Dura Ace 7700 groupset.

The gears need some tweaking, but other than that its in great condition, with a few chips here and there, but nothing beyond paint.

It goes really really quickly.

Bars: 3t Curva 40cm

Tyres: Maxxis Refuse, with lots of life left in them.
Pedals: Shimano SPD.
