I'm 6ft4, and ride an XL Pompino and 60cm Cross Check. Both seem about right, using 90mm stems.

Pomp a while back (changed some bits / had some crashes since then):

Watch out if you want to use longer cranks on the Pomp. I put some 175mm Sugino 75's on and they rub the chainstay slightly.

Thanks for the comparison shots. Is the saddle to bar drop on your two bikes similar? I'd probably stick with 165s for cranks.
