navigator wheels with tubes and vittoria zaffiros (one currently not pictured). will come wioth 15t and 16t cogs with lockrings. very true, paint on the front has worn away from running a brake in the rain. can fit electrical tape to cover if you want - £80 (dibs tmag59)
