If your criteria are "cheap and available", let me draw your attention to the Kalloy SP248, which is sold all over the world at ¼ of the price of a Miche Supertype while being less visually offensive and outperforming it in every way. While there are worse products than Miche, there are plenty of much better ones available for less.
