For Sale: Custom Trek singlespeed

For sale is my brilliant custom Trek single speed. This bike has been a faithful servant to me ever since I built it but sadly there is simply no room for it in my current apartment!
The frame itself is 22.5 inches from the centre of the BB to top of the seat tube, meaning it should be suitable for anyone 5'10" and over, although saying that I'm only 5'7" and I have used it for commuting in London and Brighton for 2 years!
This bike is fitted with a Brooks B17 saddle which has been broken in already, making it extremely comfortable to ride on the usually crappy roads of the UK! It also has Specialized grips in really good condition and a single v brake on the front, with a Deore brake lever and shimano acera caliper, a shimano Tiagra chainset with a 42 tooth chainring on it, grippy wellgo platform pedals and narrow Charge spit handlebars perfect for narrow gaps in traffic and responsive steering. The steerer tube is also quite long so could be potentially adapted to the needs of the lucky new owner.
The gearing ratio can be changed very easily, however I have been using it with a 42-16 ratio with a top speed of around 33kph. This ratio does make climbing hills really easy as well as I'm not the fittest guy on earth by a long stretch but I still managed to climb every hill Brighton and London has thrown at me with it
I'm looking for £150 o.n.o collected around the London area, I can cycle to any area in London to drop it off to you for a fee of £10, and for other parts of the country I'm happy to let you arrange a courier collection at your own expense.

P.S Due to earlier negative feedback, I have bought a rear Deore v-brake for this bike which along with brand new inner and outer cables and a Deore lever will come supplied with the bike free of charge but not fitted so you have the choice of having both brakes. Also, I know in this picture that a chainring bolt is missing and that the skewers should be on the other side of the bike, both these things are now sorted too :)
