I bought an SRM from Pro Bike Supply in the US.
It may now need to go back to SRM for warranty work.
SRM are a German company.
I just got an email from Pro Bike Supply about what I'd need from them as proof of purchase to send to SRM, and their reply was that I couldn't go direct- I'd need to post the crankset to Pro Bike Supply who would then post it to SRM in Colorado.
Would this not mean that they'll get charged whatever the import duty is, and I'll get charged as well when it comes back?
