I'm confused, are people talking about secondary school, or 6th form college?
I thought all state 6th forms were pretty chill when it came to no uniforms and drinking/smoking with the teachers.

Climbed Canonbie Rd fixed (49x20) last week, was on my way to do a tag. I managed to do it without tacking across the road, which is good. Took me about 30 minutes to recover. Not so good.

• #337
well at least you didn't pebbledash the tarmac..
good work Skully -

Hi all.
We've been out finalising a route:). We've listened to feedback from last year that the ride was too easy....well we hope not to disappoint this year as will be introducing two new climbs at the end...one of them features a section of 20% gradient :D ...more later...
-
• #342
sounds good to me.
really looking forward to this
-
• #343
Will you be releasing the route as a download for garmin/gps use?
-
• #344
one of them features a section of 20% gradient
Then I shall wear my shoes with recessed cleats to make it easier to walk this bit.

We'll be releasing the route 10 days or so ahead of the ride....as for GPS and the like (1) non of us have the spare time for that kind of faffage and (2) we don't want to encourage people looking at screens when they could be looking at London.
You are welcome to make your own though:)

Ermmmm think I`ll be joining u on that section hefty, only after a manly attempt, followed by weakly accepting i dont have the legs for the climb, lol

Peace and Love,
TimThanks timothy! I think it's going to get easier the more I climb it. Yesterday seemed a bit less gruelling.

I'm hoping Vicar's Hill is in, or perhaps Blythe Hill, or both ....

fox hill please!
My college was like that, and it wasn't even that long ago, 2006-8. I does happen to be one of the most expensive schools in the country, but if I can I definitely want my kids to go there.
