All I'm saying is that LFC seem to be prone to sign anyone who's had a decent season.
The list is there, so are the facts. No more no less. I'm not comparing their time at Liverpool because it's probably more of the same, e.g. midtable mediocrity with a win ratio well below 45%.
At least Hodgson is likable, in a granddad sort of way, whereas Rodgers is repulsive in a David Brent sort of way.
As for Henderson, midtable PL club would be punching above his weight. If you think he's the sort of player that will get you challenging for a CL spot than you're wrong.

he has issues yes, but i'm sure he could be a good boss and a night out with him and finchy could end up being a bit of a cracker i'd bet after a few tequila shots ... as long as it isn't your shoes getting chucked over the building
i agree with the buying players on form ... we could go back as far as el haj djouf played well in one world cup game so we bought him and diao
one liverpool player i didn't have the time of day for ... i think the only liverpool i have actively disliked even while playing for us
