I don't think the 16th was ever our preferred date, as I said I've never been asked about the 16th.
I understand your annoyance (although I'm probably the least organised person in our team!), but i think only 2 of us can make the 16th.
I can't really decide, but the last few emails have all said the 23rd is confirmed, are you able to do the 23rd?
