Valter Modolo, the son of Modolo's founder, said that bike does not exist. After some examining it became obvious that the frame had been repainted and -stickered. 65mm BB, 110mm rear dropouts etc, so kinda old! Found 2 small holes from headtube aswell. At this point I stopped to think for a while, the bike aint too shabby as it is, but well, it's not Modolo, and the paintjob aint that smart. Things like seattube width, braze-ons, the 2 small holes etc indicated about something nice. So:
