I think the answer should be yes.
But I haven't got anything planned for it.
We have the concept that a Microcosm itself is owned by someone, and that ownership can be transferred. I think that if you became inactive for X days/months that maybe it should allow you to be ousted and a new owner to be determined by vote or something.
So if you did flounce, then ownership of a Microcosm would be passed on to someone else.
There are responsibilities in owning a Microcosm, the basic one is that if people report/flag stuff that someone needs to act on it (just read it and determine whether action should be taken) within a short amount of time.
So if you own a Microcosm and flounce, something will have to pass the baton to someone else.
