For Sale: Reload top tube pad black

bought 3 of these from reload in america only to find out that they have changed the design somewhere down the line and they dont fit superoversize steel or alloy top tubes which all of three frames they were meant to be for have so selling all of them just to get the money back.....after duty and tax and postage they work out 18 pounds each.....all unused brand new......they fit round steel top tubes both standard 25.4 or OS 28.6....

yes it is as a matter of fact

its the elite model for 25.4 bars in 5 deg rise/drop and 110mm or the same in 120mm
