You really seek to polarise things and demonise people (hippy and myself).

Aside from 2 merges (a football incident, and the great TdF thread), no other merges have been unmerged ever. The software just does not support it. It requires me running data changing queries against the database, which is risky and so I basically refuse unless there's some major reason to do it.

You're having a hissy fit at the moment it's plain, hence the thread in the first place, and the stuff in the .gifs thread, and the "Yes dear"... which, btw, works better if you put it at the beginning of a message so the patronising tone can kick in earlier.

Do you really believe that I am as you portray me? You mostly have a beef with people in the community who find some of your posts to be NSFW, sexist and misygonist, but as you don't know who those people are you choose to attack me and go on these convoluted rants.

But really, I'm just the messenger, you're just anti-authoritarian and view the community standards as an authority you disagree with, and me as the enforcer as the authority figure to attack.

It's cool, I get it. I'd feel the same way too if I held your position. But it's just pointless. If you proceed I'll keep engaging you like this, and being patient, and hoping you realise the futility of it... and then eventually... a long time into the future I'll just think, fuck it... why be patient if he's not ever going to listen and just wants to argue and fight all the time and couldn't care what anyone says? Then I'll ban you for having trolled the place for months before.

But up until that point, I have nothing to enforce as no-one is reporting anything, and you're kinda entertaining.

It's a shame you missed my reference on time's arrow in physics though. I thought that rather good.
