does anyone know if subtitles exist for this?
Have you tried to contact the author or production house? Translation work may have been done already, or they might be interested in the idea. I've watched the documentary earlier and even though it's nearly 10 years old, it is it is a very nice take on INSEP and French elite track cycling as it was (and unfortunately still is) in the 00's.

Just randomly tumbled upon this thread. As a former full-time translator I can tell you that that's a lot more than a 2 hour job. If you like I can recommend a few places that I have worked with but it'll cost you a few bob.

what about a website that does freelance translations, seems like a 2hr job..
2hrs to get the text done, not sure how long to sort out an srt format file
