Yes. The Tektro RL ones work well (loads of OTP bikes such as the Charge Plug are fitted with RLs as the only brake levers). They come in different clamp sizes: the RL721 is the one to fit a 31.8 clamp area.
They are designed to take cable housing from the lever side but you can either run the inner cable straight into it or use a ferrule to locate it, which works well.
