In our naivety we didn't TM 'The London Classic' - it can't be TM'd anyway as its too generic. Then theres the issue of £350 to trademark, we're non profit so that would eat into our operating costs with no discernible benefit to our intended charity. We could have taken them on passing off laws but as ever their lawyers are bigger and richer than ours...
