Just to continue the game.. 87.89 cm inseam is average. This all yields a 57 cm c-c. with 56.5-57.0 top-tube and 72.5 degree or so seat-tube angle. Typical is also 120mm stem.
To up the pace.. On a traditional track bike I'd go up a bit in size. A 58--- maybe even a 59-- with a 1/2 cm longer top tube a slighly slacker seat-tube (12-20 seconds).
