  • 8 miles last night- was supposed to be a rest day but ate too much sugar and was hypertastic.
    9.5 this morning with a 10kg pack for the commute. 1:10 wasn't bad.

    On the note of trainers- asics gel enduro range are my current everything shoes. They're a little on the heavy side, but they're so good.
    Probably not minimalist enough for you lot...
