Eh? You've denied he has a problem, and continued to do so to bolster your own argument.
The fact remains that he should get a lock pretty much at once, but he doesn't.
Therefore there must be an issue, possibly one that can be resolved.
Or denied- in your case.
i.e. we could actually move on and do something useful if you'd man up and admit you are wrong.
The only thing you've contributed that's any use is a link that says that there are issues with some Android phone- in direct contradiction of your own position.
