i was looking at references like this: http://stolengoat.com/product/campagnolo-chorus-headset-c-record-era/ no holes, "c-record"
i thought that it didn't make sense to have holes in an alloy part as they would only make a minimal weight difference, but then i checked velobase: http://www.velobase.com/ViewComponent.aspx?ID=05bd7218-e43a-45fd-ae23-794e5f4666d0&Enum=111
