For Sale: Swiss 531 Mondia with bb/hs and nuovo record seatpost

So, to fund my Vitus lopro repair I'm going to have to sell my Mondia frameset.
Some details:

• Made in '73 by Mondia in Switzerland (more info - [ame]http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mondia[/ame]), remarkable craftmanship
  
• Reynolds metric 531 tubing
  
• Wagner chrome plated fork crown
  
• Nervex lugs
  
• Comes with french threaded sugino BB and Headset, both in good condition
  
  

Measurements are: ST- 56.5 center to top; TT- 56.5 center to center, seatpost is 26mm.
The paint is scratched and chipped, the worsts areas are pictured,
besides it has a broken top tube cable guide. The frame however is free of dents/dings and is straight and true.

Considering the condition and the bits that come with it, I'm asking 100 pounds Now 55 pounds for the lot, I'm not in the UK, so shipping will be necessary- around the 25 pound mark shipped to UK/Most of Europe, will get a precise quote individually.

D'you reckon there would be clearance for mudguards with 27" wheels on it?
