Well yes and no, look at 1/2 the bikes in the snowbike thread, where you gonna draw the line?
If you use your bike solely as a rat then what else is it? If you run in your vans and that's all you use them for they're your running shoes.

They may be your running shoes. But they're not running shoes, they're skate shoes.
