"That style of camera bag" is like the only one that makes sense when you work as a photojournalist,
or do photography in a way that requires quick access to other bodies / lenses.
By the time you take off your rucksack, put it to the ground, open zippers etc. etc. shots will be gone.
Of course if I were to hike up a mountain or something I'd just throw the thing in my backpack, wrapped in a sweatshirt or what.
