Route - Wandsworth to Great Portland Street

I use the CS8, but turn left at Lombard Road, follow that down to Westbridge Rd and then through Battersea park before re-joining the CS8 @ Albert Bridge.

You can cycle on the "Carriage Driveways" in the park, but they are not listed on the cyclestreet map.
Sounds good, but do you mean Chelsea Bridge?
