I use an SLR XP Flow on the road bike and I've had no problems with it on long rides, on the whole it's very comfortable:

The only qualm I have is that the shell feels a tiny bit too flexy for my liking. Maybe that's a deliberate 'comfort' feature, maybe that ^ one is a bit stiffer. I dunno what the XP bit means.
FYI the 2013 SLR Flow looks like it has a much bigger cutout than that one:

I'm waiting for the 2013 Flite Flow though. Good looking saddle and the width of the Flite suits me well.
