Martin Porter QC, the cycling silk described Roadsafe London scheme as 'Utterly Spineless" to CI Ian Vincent the Officer in charge at the 'Get Britain Cycling" Inquiry yesterday. This is because the lack of any convictions given to drivers reported to the scheme.
