• Why have a layback seatpost when you put the clamp the saddle rails at the front? I guess you may not have sat on it yet to get the setup right, but you could have made it look better for photos you are posting on the internet.

Also, the risers look better with that stem, the drops are ugly as fuck.

How long did you wait for the frame?

Layback seat post puts the saddle back, clamping at the front of the rails puts it back even more. I have "sat" on it, but not ridden it. Still going to see what to do with the spacer situation, I had the shop put in 2 spacers, and I'll see if I run them below, or above the stem, or at all.

I just wanted to get a few quick pictures up, and wasn't meticulous enough about those items.

The stem is 100mm 0 Degree, but I have a 130mm -10 Degree on its way. Hopefully the drops look (and feel) better with that stem.

There were some issues with the frame, so my wait doesn't reflect the normal wait.

Got a pic of it set up for outdoors?
    It has potential!

These are temporary wheels, I am building up ones specific for this bike in the near future (Archetype to Phil Wood LF), and am only using it on rollers at the moment.

I am heading to a velodrome in a few weeks, so I will have to put outdoor tires on and will hopefully get some better pictures.
