Wanted: quill to a-head adaptor

Looking for a cheap, reliable quill to a-head adaptor. Preferably silver.

Hmm, looks like it's missing its wedge. I guess that explains the wedge that was jammed down in the fork when I took it apart. The joys of second-hand bike ownership.
