Wanted: 53cm/54cm cheap beater track frame

Looking for a new project for the winter months.
I'm more than happy with a chipped,scratched and rusty bike.
as cheap as possible would be rad.

I have some 1" threaded forks and a head set knocking
about in the parts bin so a frame on its own is fine.

Thought I'd add a rough budget.
I know its not a lot but somewhere around £30/ £40 would be great.
Could be tempted to spend a bit more, but would prefer something cheap and dirty.

Had a think and a steel frame with horizontal dropouts will do.
Also 55cm or 56cm would be allright.
