Tried the Allan Carr book? My GF gave up using it, 9 months in now - and I swear I though she would be buried chuffing on a nail - I mean, maaaaan....she lurved the fags
I used Nicotinell for a while, then willpower (7 years in April) - I think elec cigs are a bad idea because they perpetuate the hand to mouth thing - best go with other NRT
Other opinions are available though
