run home from work, rucksack felt heavy with work clothes and jacket etc. took it easy as i pushed it hard home on the wednesday.
saturday 3miles
just stretched the legs with the girifriend on the local park run.
sunday 8miles
did two loops up swains lane and down highgate west hill in times which i was happy with and only 1 second between each run up swains lane (which is consistent anyway!). will start to do this at least once a week until i'm doing multiple laps up swains.
this week got the 2x running home then some more running planned next weekend
