no these will bring your chain line into line by adjusting where you put the spacers
or you could use one of these as there are numerous spacers of various sizes shouild be easy to get the right chainline - onza single speed conversion kit

just make sure youy get the right conversion kit for your free hub body the grooves can be different for different makes of hubs
