Saturday - 24 miles at the UCI Velodrome in Aigle (in just over an hour) followed by a 16 mile there-and-back ride (geared) featuring 800m of climbing. Really shouldn't have done the descent on the bike, but should've followed the GF's lead and got the train down - spent half an hour after I got back shivering uncontrollably...
