Is it time to start calling out bad cyclists?

to all the knobs turning across 2 lanes of traffic into Brixton road at the oval , you're knobs. Every fucking day I watch, hoping no one goes under a car.
I'm in the left lane because I'm going down Camberwell, why are you if you're going to Brixton?????

Can't work out what you mean by turning left here, but these junctions are a nightmare. Every day going Camberwell-Vauxhall, people RLJ to get to the little island in the middle of the lane. It offers no advantage other than increasing their chances of getting flattened.
