I am 188cm and ran a large mash, I think an xl would be too big for you.
What stem lenght do you use? and please, could you post pic of your mash and you on the mash.
I've also used Competitive cyclist fit calculator, and the competitive fit is: c-c = 55.7-56.2 c-t = 57.4-57.9 top tube length = 57.5-57.9
Therefore you see that with mash L size the ett is short(550), the c-t is ok, in XL ett is ok, but c-t is somehow high, dillemma..
On the other side pro for L is that i'll use this bullhorn http://shop.mashsf.com/collections/cinelli/products/mash-cinelli-bullhorn-bar it will make the sitting geometry more longer. As for stem.. i don't think i will help a lot, as i own this wilier http://www.wilier.it/it/catalogo/weekend/toni-bevilacqua/ in L size(ett 550) with 120mm stem and somehow short for me.
