If you pick up a Cinelli quill, chance are they'll be too big for your moustache handlebar.
If you choose the right length, moustache bar are great to ride.
Unless you're going coaster, don't be fooled by the no brakes no get caught nonsense, if it were your plopping around bicycle, two brakes is a necessary (on a singlespeed).
